Introduction to Federal Practice

The Maryland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association recently sponsored "Introduction to Federal Practice." More than 50 lawyers attended the program, which was held at the Edward A. Garmatz U.S. Courthouse in Baltimore. Presented by members of the bench and bar, the program is designed for practitioners seeking admission to Maryland's federal district court. Kramon & Graham attorneys are regularly invited to serve as instructors at the program. This year, Kramon & Graham trial attorneys Ezra Gollogly, Louis Malick, and Bradley Strickland (pictured left to right) co-presented "Pleading, Jurisdiction, Venue and Removal."
