Biography
Gemar Patterson works with clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and development of raw land, complex financings, acquisition and leasing of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial sites, and dispositions and negotiation of commercial home builder agreements.
In addition, Gemar has considerable title experience and is adept at resolving disputes concerning boundary lines, chains of title, easements, restrictive covenants, liens, and survey discrepancies.
Before joining Kramon & Graham, Gemar served as Managing Attorney at Universal Title, where he worked for ten years resolving title issues and assisting clients with risk diversification. He managed a team of real estate settlement officers conducting real estate settlements throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia.
