Tips & Advice for Responding to the Commission on Judicial Disabilities
June 14, 2017
Firm principal Andrew Jay Graham recently participated in "Tips & Advice for Responding to the Commission on Judicial Disabilities," a panel discussion sponsored by the Maryland Circuit Judges Association. Mr. Graham and firm attorney Louis Malick represent a number of judges with matters pending before the Commission. Mr. Graham explained that experienced counsel can help a judge successfully navigate the judicial disabilities process, from responding to a complaint through informal resolution or formal proceedings and further review.
