Kramon & Graham appellate practice leader Steve Klepper was asked for his thoughts on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals' new policy to give advance notice to attorneys of the judges who will be hearing their case. In "Court of Special Appeals will give week's notice of panel judges" (April 12, 2019), Steve comments on the new policy and its advantages, pointing out that by identifying a panel's judges before a hearing, lawyers will be able to prepare their arguments more effectively.
