The Daily Record covers Kramon & Graham client's petition for the U.S. Supreme Court to review Sixth Amendment claim

Kramon & Graham attorneys Steve Klepper (at left) and Louis Malick (at right) filed a reply brief in support of their client's petition in the Supreme Court of the United States. The brief asks the Court to review a Sixth Amendment case, asserting that their client's trial lawyer's error during jury selection had a prejudicial effect on the jury and deprived him of a fair trial.
