The Baltimore Sun quotes Steve Klepper on Kenneth Ravenell's 4th Circuit appeal to rehear bail request

On August 17, 2022, Kramon & Graham appellate chair Steve Klepper was quoted in the Baltimore Sun on the likelihood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to rehear Baltimore attorney Kenneth Ravenell's bail request. According to the article, Steve commented "Petitions for en banc hearings are rarely granted, with the Fourth Circuit granting no more than six in a calendar year since 2003, when it held eight such hearings. Lawyers regularly file requests for the hearings but do so knowing having it granted is a long shot."
