RICOH Case Study features Kramon & Graham
July 24, 2018
Trial attorneys Jean Lewis and Dave Shuster serve as special litigation counsel to bankruptcy trustees in adversary proceedings. The team was recently engaged by Chapter 11 Trustee Roger Schlossberg to pursue claims against a debtor, his estranged wife, and dozens of companies and family members who were involved in concealing the debtor's assets. In the course of their investigation, the Kramon & Graham team suspected the debtor of destroying significant amounts of ESI. Recognizing the need for forensics expertise, RICOH was retained. In "Forensic analysis helps Baltimore litigation firm prove spoliation and recover $8.5 million through a default judgment," RICOH describes its process.
