Real estate attorney Jillian Bokey elected to the board of The Loading Dock
Kramon & Graham is pleased to announce that Jillian J. Bokey has been elected to the board of directors of The Loading Dock, Inc., effective February 17, 2021. The Loading Dock is the nation's first successful, self-sufficient, nonprofit building materials reuse center.
A member of Kramon & Graham's real estate practice, Jillian represents developers, homebuilders, owners, and contractors in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects, with a particular focus on transactions involving the formation of residential condominium and homeowner associations. She has experience in general real estate matters including land use, zoning and planning, and real estate litigation.
Jillian is a member of a number of professional organizations in the real estate industry, including the Urban Land Institute-Baltimore and CREW-Baltimore.
