National Law Journal quotes Steve Klepper on retirement of Patricia Connor from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals

Kramon & Graham Appellate chair Steve Klepper was tapped to share his recollections of working with Patricia Connor, a 30-year career veteran of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Connor will retire from her role as clerk of the court this summer. Steve praised Ms. Connor as the consummate professional, always available and willing to help; always to be relied upon.
