National coverage in extradition case for Michael and Peter Taylor

Kramon & Graham criminal defense attorney Jim Ulwick is a member of the defense team representing Michael and Peter Taylor who are alleged to have enabled the escape of former Nissan Motor Co. CEO Carlos Ghosn out of Japan. The US is seeking to extradite the Taylors to Japan, but the defense team has pointed out that the offense for which they are charged is not a crime under Japanese law. The team has filed motions to quash the Taylors arrests in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Boston-based 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
