Natalie McSherry selected for The Daily Record's inaugural Power 30 Law List
Kramon & Graham principal M. Natalie McSherry has been selected for the Maryland Daily Record's inaugural Power 30 Law List. The list recognizes many of Maryland's most significant, influential, and respected leaders in the legal profession -- women and men who are "innovating and leading in their field." Nationally known, and with more than 40 years of experience in commercial litigation, health care law, and alternative dispute resolution, Natalie is recognized as one of the State's preeminent trial lawyers. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and consistently recognized in Chambers USA, Benchmark Litigation, and The Best Lawyers in America.
She has received numerous awards for her competence, professionalism, civility, and commitment to public service, including the Daily Record Leadership in Law Lifetime Achievement Award, Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service Winnie Borden Pro Bono Leadership Award, and the Maryland Legal Services Corporation Arthur W. Machen Award. She is a recipient of the 2020 University of Maryland Carey Law Distinguished Graduate Award.
Earlier this year, Natalie was inducted as the 125th President of the Maryland State Bar Association. She has served the MSBA in various leadership roles, including service as a member of the MSBA Board of Governors and Executive Committee, and Treasurer. A Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation since 1984, she served on that organization's Board of Directors for ten years. She was recently appointed to the Access to Counsel in Evictions Task Force by Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh.
Natalie is chair of the board of Woodsboro Bank and a trustee of Catholic Charities of Maryland. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Maryland Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Bar Associations of Baltimore City and Frederick County, and the American Bar Association, among many other professional and community organizations. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (J.D., 1974) and Manhattanville College (B.A., 1971).
