Kramon & Graham recognized as one of Baltimore's best workplaces by Baltimore Sun Top Workplaces
For fifth year, firm is named one of Baltimore's top workplaces
Kramon & Graham has been selected for recognition in The Baltimore Sun's annual list of the region's Top Workplaces. This marks the fifth year that Kramon & Graham employees have placed the firm's workplace culture among Baltimore's best.
"Our firm is very fortunate to receive many awards and recognitions, and this one is particularly special," said Dave Shuster, managing principal of the firm. "Kramon & Graham truly has a unique culture that derives from our sense of common cause. All members of the firm are committed to performing high-quality work, providing exceptional service to our clients, and promoting a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect."
The firm's tenure statistics are impressive. Forty-five percent of Kramon & Graham employees have been with the firm for more than ten years; twenty percent have been with the firm for twenty years or more;
