Kramon & Graham presents at ABA’s 24th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee and Mid-Year Program
Kramon & Graham Insurance Coverage principal Steve Klepper will lead a panel in “Mid-Construction Losses: The Intersection of Liability and Builder's Risk Coverage,” at the ABA's 24th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee and Mid-Year Program in Phoenix, AZ.
When faulty workmanship causes a mid-construction loss, both first-party coverage and third-party coverage are typically implicated. The owner and general contractor usually hold a builder's risk policy, the general contractor and trades hold CGL policies, and the design professionals hold professional liability policies. The panel will, from a practical perspective, address questions that arise regarding the intersection of these various coverages and their impact on the liability of each defendant and insurer.
