Kramon & Graham obtains acquittal in white collar criminal defense trial

Kramon & Graham attorneys Ezra Gollogly and Justin Redd recently won a significant victory in a white-collar criminal defense trial. The charges alleged different types of theft arising out of electronic banking transactions and other financial transactions. In a three-day bench trial before the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, the defense team successfully challenged the prosecutor's case to achieve an acquittal of all counts charged against the firm's client.
