Kramon & Graham insurance principal Sue Hogan presents at 2019 CLM National Construction Claims Conference
Kramon & Graham insurance coverage principal Susan Hogan is a featured presenter at this year's 2019 Claims College School of Construction in San Diego. In Pesky Manuscript Endorsements and Their Impact on the Availability of Coverage, Sue will discuss how courts have interpreted some of the more recent manuscript endorsements in the CGL context. She will provide analysis of those decisions particularly in the context of their impact on additional insured claims, including exclusions and/or endorsements such as a CG 2294, stucco exclusion, condominium/townhome/residential construction exclusion, and contractor limitation endorsements. In addition to discussing the application of these endorsements and their impact on national homebuilders, the CLE-accredited presentation will address:
- Manuscript endorsements and their effect on the industry;
- Insurance rates and the inability to obtain insurance;
- Uncollectable third party property damage deductibles; and
- Contribution/subrogation
