Kramon & Graham Appellate chair Steve Klepper featured in Bloomberg News and other media about Adnan Syed
Adnan Syed's murder conviction was reinstated by the Appellate Court of Maryland on March 28, 2023 after the court determined that the victim's representative was given insufficient legal notice about attending a hearing at which prosecutors chose to drop the charges. Mr. Syed was convicted of murdering Hae Min Lee in 1999.
