Jim Ulwick, co-counsel in Lenovo brand 700-series 2-in-1 Yoga class action
Kramon & Graham is one of several law firms representing plaintiffs in a nationwide class action lawsuit filed in the District Court of Maryland against Lenovo United States, Inc. The suit alleges that Lenovo brand 700-series 2-in-1 Yoga laptop/tablets manufactured after 2008 are equipped with a dual-hinge system that has an inherent defect that can ultimately render the device unusable. Thousands of computer owners across the country have experienced the malfunction.
Jim Ulwick, leader of Kramon & Graham's Class Action practice group, represents the plaintiffs, along with attorneys from Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel, and Sauder Schelkopf LLC.
The case is Plaintiffs v. Lenovo (United States) Inc., Defendant, Case No. 1:20-cv-01082-CCB.
