Our experience includes matters involving coal mining, the Endangered Species Act, wetlands, riparian rights and zoning actions, oil pollution, air pollution, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA, agricultural runoff (CAFOs), NPDES water discharge permits, water appropriation, hazardous waste enforcement actions under RCRA, TSCA and PCBs, lead paint defense, civil enforcement actions, environmental crimes, and underground storage tank litigation matters, among others.
