David Shuster Speaks at ABA’s Spring 2015 National Malpractice Conference

Firm principal David Shuster served as a guest speaker during the ABA's Spring 2015 National Malpractice Conference in Washington, D.C. He and three other panel members presented a program titled “Defending with Reservations: Practical and Ethical Considerations.” The presentation addressed several issues that should be considered by defense counsel when defending a lawyer in a legal malpractice claim where the insurer has agreed to provide a defense pursuant to a reservation of rights. Among the materials made available to attendees of the program was David's article, The Right to Independent Counsel of Your Choice in the Defense of a Professional Liability Claim.
