David Shuster Named Managing Principal
The law firm of Kramon & Graham is proud to announce that, on January 1, 2012, David J. Shuster will succeed Philip M. Andrews as the firm's Managing Principal, a responsibility that Andrews has discharged since 1999. Andrews, who will serve as the firm's Chairman, said of Shuster's new role, "Dave was our unanimous choice. He is very well-respected in the legal community and has the vision, energy, and leadership to assure the firm's continued success." Shuster, 43, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. After law school, he served as a law clerk to Judge Arrie W. Davis of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Shuster has been a principal of the firm since 2003. He is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial disputes, construction claims, professional liability claims, and litigation on behalf of plaintiffs involving medical malpractice and other serious personal injuries. His community service includes his long-standing membership on the Executive Committee of the Lawyers' Campaign for the CollegeBound Foundation. He and his wife, and their three sons, live in the Lutherville-Timonium area.
