Daily Record seeks comment from Louis Malick on proposed Maryland judicial disciplinary rules
On October 18, the Court of Appeals of Maryland's Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure will consider new amendments to rules governing disciplinary proceedings against Maryland judges. The Daily Record asked Kramon & Graham attorney Louis Malick, who has represented a number of Maryland judges in such matters, for his reaction to the proposed amendments. Louis responded that it is always helpful to have more information concerning the options available to the Court of Appeals in disposing of disciplinary charges. “We've got good judges in Maryland,” Louis added. “Thankfully, these cases don't come up that often.” The article is "Judicial discipline rule amendments prompted by Judge Devy Russell," published in The Daily Record on October 10, 2019.
