Bloomberg BNA Quotes Steve Klepper on Supreme Court’s Recent Split Decisions

Kramon & Graham appellate attorney Steve Klepper was quoted in a March 29, 2016 Bloomberg BNA article on the Supreme Court's recent divided rulings. An equally divided Court means the ruling sets no nationwide precedent and leaves the lower-court ruling as the final decision in the case.
