Baltimore Sun recognizes Kramon & Graham as one of Baltimore's Top Workplaces
Firm selected for Top Workplaces award for eighth year
Kramon & Graham is pleased to announce that it has been named one of Baltimore's Top Workplaces by the Baltimore Sun Media Group. This marks the eighth year that Kramon & Graham has received the recognition.
The Top Workplaces award is based solely on employee feedback as gathered in a survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, and published by the Baltimore Sun.
"In this challenging year, we are especially proud to be selected again as one of Baltimore's Top Workplaces," said Dave Shuster, managing principal of the firm. "We are a highly collaborative and inclusive workplace, where all of our employees play an integral role in delivering the high-quality work that has earned Kramon & Graham national recognition. During the pandemic, our employees solved challenging operational issues on the fly and supported each other. Thanks to their extraordinary positivity and dedication, our client interactions were seamless and the work-flow transition was smooth and efficient. I am proud to be associated with such talented and professional individuals and pleased that they value the supportive culture that we have created."
"We're thrilled to be included as one of the best places to work in Baltimore, and the fact that this honor was in response to feedback from our own employees is so gratifying," commented Katy Schmidt, Director of Human Resources at the firm. "Our goal at Kramon & Graham is to create and sustain a culture that makes our team feel respected, motivated, and safe. We owe them this…the work they do and the time they give are what make this firm successful year after year," she added.
In all, more than 1,600 regional companies were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces survey. More information about the survey methodology is available here.
