Appellate Practice Tips from the Bench and Bar

Earlier this month, appellate attorney Steven Klepper moderated a panel called "Appellate Practice Tips from the Bench and Bar." The program, sponsored by the Maryland State Bar Association's Litigation Section and Young Lawyers Section, featured Court of Appeals Judge Michele Hotten, Court of Special Appeals Judges Alexander Wright, Jr. and Matt Fader, and leading Maryland appellate practitioners.

The event coincided with the release of the fifth edition of Appellate Practice for the Maryland Lawyer, for which Steve served as co-editor and authored several chapters. Steve is also editor-in-chief of the Maryland Appellate Blog and co-chairs the MSBA's Appellate Practice Committee.
