"Appellate Practice for the Maryland Lawyer" just released
Kramon & Graham appellate practice chair Steve Klepper is co-editor
Kramon & Graham announced today that appellate practice chair Steven M. Klepper, together with co-editors Paul Mark Sandler and Andrew D. Levy, have completed the fifth edition of "Appellate Practice for the Maryland Lawyer: State and Federal," published by the Maryland State Bar Association.
"Appellate Practice for the Maryland Lawyer" was first edited by Paul Mark Sandler and published in 1977. Updates for the fifth edition reflect developments in the Maryland and federal appellate practice since release of the last edition in 2014 and include:

The new edition includes valuable sample documents, including petitioner's brief, appellee's brief, and appellant's brief for Maryland's appellate courts.
