Andrew Jay Graham quoted in response to Court of Appeals dismissal of judicial discipline case

In the Daily Record article After high court decision, rules committee ready to act on judicial discipline changes, July 31, 2018, Andrew Jay Graham comments on the Court of Appeals dismissal of Judge Mary C. Reese's judicial discipline case. On Tuesday, a unanimous court found that the Howard County judge complied with the law and did not commit sanctionable conduct in her handling of a 2015 relationship violence hearing. Andrew Jay Graham (at left), assisted by Louis Malick (at right), represented Judge Reese and called the opinion "thoughtful and thorough." Andy continued, "We're pleased … that there really seemed to be no doubt in anyone's mind… that Judge Reese was innocent of any wrongdoing and violation of any rules."

Andy and Lou have represented a number of Maryland judges with matters pending before the Commission and regularly represent Maryland attorneys with matters pending before the Attorney Grievance Commission and the Court of Appeals.
